I’m rich, biaaatch!

Nah, not at all actually. However, you don’t have to be rich to look like it. Just ask Denny. While money definitely (obviously) goes along way, no one should have to empty their wallet. After all, there’s nothing wrong with ballin‘ on a budget. In fact, it’s the only way you should shop or do anything really. The problem that a lot of people run into is how to actually go about doing this. What’s the secret?

Patience.

Sure, you won’t get that piece you’ve set your eyes on right away, but stores always have to get rid of their inventory somehow. Sales, especially during a holiday, are your new best friend, and if you have the time, let thrifting tag along for the ride. Sales during Black Friday are equally as crazy as the crowds you’d have to brave. Shopping out of season also works wonders. Student, military/veterans, and AAA discounts, and an app called Retail Me Not are my go-to for getting that homie hookup. Hell, if you have a friend that works at the store you’re trying to buy something from, ask ’em! If you really want to go the extra mile, drive to an outlet. Outlets are what I would call my bread and butter. A little out of the way and pretty exhausting, but if you make a day out if it, you’ll save yourself a ton of money. Most websites will give you a one time promo code if you sign up for their emails. Once you get and use that code, you can unsubscribe right away. Unfortunately, some brands have timeless pieces that will never, ever go on sale, but don’t forget to try everything before you pay full price. “Remember nothing worth having comes easy…” and if you wait it out, you’ll be glad that you did.
