KNOCK ON WOOD

KNOCK ON WOOD

Another school related post, sue me.

Firstly, I have to reiterate that college in your mid twenties is significantly different than going straight out of high school. Although I’m more mature, responsible, and experienced, some habits stuck with me through that time. Procrastination, in particular, is one that will be the death of me (knock on wood). I know I’m not the only one on this, but there’s something satisfying about waiting till the last minute. I usually perform well under pressure, so that probably explains it. Needless to say, it gets pretty stressful, and I definitely do not recommend it. This semester in particular, due to its writing intensive nature, has had its fair share of procrastination. Luckily enough, I haven’t failed a test or assignment yet (knock on wood). Thankfully, I’m more than halfway through the semester, which also means I’m almost at the halfway point of my senior year.
